The well-appointed kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and all the counter space you'll need to prepare wonderful meals for everyone to enjoy. Sleep well in either bedroom that has been outfitted with your comfort in mind. Additional highlights include a private washer/dryer, cable TV, and central air conditioning. This home is located on the southern coast of Maine, and you'll be just a shore drive away from 5 beaches in Wells and Ogunquit, along with its famed antique stores and downtown. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. An additional 75 dollars resort fee applies The pool will open this summer from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting. Kayak dock and launch available. (Guests must provide their own kayaks, lifejackets, and additional equipment.)

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
