Whenever you're not out on the water, you're going to love spreading out over all of the home's three levels to enjoy Ping-Pong, grilling, and lots of lounging around with family and friends. The second-level main living area is bright and spacious, with cool tile floors, lots of comfortable furniture, and beautiful water views from the private balcony right outside. After chartering a boat for some fantastic ocean fishing, you can come home to stream your favorite Netflix movies and shows on the TV. Head into the full kitchen to use the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space and cabinet storage to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table. Of course, there's nothing like an alfresco dining experience, so be sure to take a few meals out on the balcony in the salty sea air. You can host a few barbecues with the private gas grill, and guests have access to beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, a beach wheel cart, and beach towels for those long days on the sand. Don't forget to challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong in the garage before posting your victory pics to your social media via the free WiFi. The rooftop terrace has spectacular views and plenty of patio furniture for entertaining, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, and activities nearby, with Clearwater Beach within walking distance. When it's time for a luxurious night's sleep, you'll have your choice of three well-appointed bedrooms. Also available for you will be a shared community pool for your convenience. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
