And we have Guppy’s across the street, coco’s beach bar down about 3-4 min walk, as well as a coffee bar in either direction the same distance 2-3 min walk min walk, Beach Waves beach bar right near Paris coffee /pastry bar and Grove coffee an breakfast bar south 5 min walk in addition to nail /pedicure spa, grocery store right there as well as a pizza place. The Trolley is right outside also! That runs north to Clearwater beach and south to Madeira St. John's Pass and Treasure Island.
