Welcome to Belmont Towers 407. This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Guests enjoy a beautiful family room with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. Have a seat and relax with a drink while enjoying the amazing ocean, beach, and boardwalk views - stunning at sunrise! A well-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a pleasure with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. A gas fireplace and free WiFi round out this lovely condo's amenities. Stroll to the beach for a day fun in the sand, or stay home to indulge in Belmont's state-of-the-art amenities, which include a rooftop pool (with saltwater filtration system), 11,000 sq. ft. sundeck, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of battling (and paying) for a parking spot! Park your car in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there because you're already where the action is! You'll be only steps away from the beach, Boardwalk, restaurants, and rides. THINGS TO KNOW The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open. In the event guest cancels their reservation Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a 150 dollars cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the 150 dollars cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
