Gather the kids to stroll on the private beach between mid and high tide to collect shells or sea glass at low tide to remember their time here. You will also be near downtown Boothbay Harbor's charming shops and restaurants. Perched up on the rocks, barely 25 feet from the water, and surrounded by spruce trees, this two-level cottage sits near the tip of Wall Point on nearly an acre of land. You'll be just a few steps from your beach and other incredible open-water vistas, only one mile south of the Appalachee and Lobster Cove Preserves and two miles east of bustling downtown Boothbay Harbor. Very rustic, charming, and full of Midcoast Maine character, the living space is warm and welcoming after a day spent on the water. Step inside to find antique hardwood floors, recline on the plush blue sofa with one of the provided board games, to keep the coastal fog at bay. Sip your coffee each morning on the wrap-around deck, where you can watch the sunrise over Linekin Bay to the east and see the open ocean to the south.
