You can practically roll out of bed and onto the green line train station, with only 5 stops to central Boston. Additionally, there will be plenty of cafes, restaurants, and Irish pubs close by for those well-earned study breaks. Now, let's talk house rules, but don't worry, we'll keep it light and breezy: Channel your inner tidy guru and give the kitchen a sparkle after you whip up your gourmet creations. Take out the trash like a champ and give those bins a break outside.
