When you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover tiled floors throughout and a floor plan that naturally flows from room to room. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room, equipped with an inviting sofa and a smart TV with streaming services. The galley-style kitchen is separated from the living room and boasts all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces. Enjoy your breakfast in the bright kitchen nook with a view of the canal. There is an enclosed sunroom offering numerous seating options along with board games and another TV to keep you entertained during your stay. The primary suite is spacious and has views of the canal, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath. This retreat also features a back lawn leading to the canal, a beautiful gazebo, a firepit, and a gas grill (inside the garage) that is ideal for summertime barbecues. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, children's games, Pack 'n Play, and a booster seat.
