At mealtimes, gather around the table for six in the dining area. BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a 42” smart TV that allows you to log-in to your preferred streaming service. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a luxe walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin-size beds, while the third bedroom holds a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Head to the backyard to enjoy the Florida weather on the screened lanai. Ceiling fans provide a gentle breeze as you prepare your catch-of-the-day on the gas grill. The sparkling pool is also screened-in. Dip in the refreshing water after a fun-filled beach day. An adjacent outdoor half bath provides added convenience. In the fenced backyard, you’ll find a wood-burning fire pit surrounded by four Adirondack chairs. The backyard pool can be heated upon request for a daily fee of 32 dollars.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
