This renovated Patrician Shores cottage is just a short walk to the Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront and offers a beautiful private neighborhood beach with over 400 feet of frontage. The neighborhood has tennis and basketball courts, and a launch for kayaks and canoes. There is a day dock available to the neighborhood guests and renters for temporary docking up to 4 hours. Great for boating and lunch breaks and passenger pick-ups/drop-offs. The well-maintained cottage boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, a loft, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It's the perfect place to return home to after a fun day on the water. The cottage also includes a gas grill, firepit, tetherball and multiple patio sitting areas for enjoying the warm summer evenings after a day at the beach or out on the lake. This lovely space is designed for family fun and bonding but also offers great access to nearby activities. Conveniently located between quaint Centre Harbor Village and Meredith Village, you are close to restaurants, shops, and art galleries. Spend your sun-filled days at the beach, on the lake, or on a hike and let star-filled nights slip by as you toast marshmallows by the fire. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
