THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, our kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, salt. All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort. Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE LIVING AREA The room is air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The 65 inches TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. THE 2 BEDROOMs All Bedrooms and Bathroom are on the same floor. We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation. • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests. • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92126" for accurate distances. • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day. • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking. • How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products. • Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets. • Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home. Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
