The space The neighborhood can be quite active & possibly noisy at times w/passing planes. The neighbors have dogs, although they can’t be heard from inside the house if they bark. A small deck serves as a landing pad to enter in the front door. You’ll be greeted by large bright windows and lots of natural light. The living room is equipped with a smart tv, sectional and 2 chairs. Please do not touch the router/modem or security camera module. The dining area has extra cabinets for storage, a 4 seater table with extra chairs and leads into the open kitchen. You should have every utensil available. Enjoy a brand new dishwasher, oven and microwave. You’ll find a modest half bath on the main level off the kitchen/living room.

Located 3 minutes to hospitals, downtown, 5 minutes to airport. Some neighbors are rough around the edges but are doing their best. Occasional noise may be present due to the airport proximity and transitional neighborhood. Overall this space has never had issues with safety.
