Hilton Head Airport is approximately 8 miles away. This quiet gated complex features an updated pool deck, sundeck, and elevator. Enjoy extra fast high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Roku, and cable. Additional amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, water and soft drinks, Coffee K-cups, a cooler, and essentials. It's a great spot to unwind and disconnect; you'll rarely need to drive anywhere. Many bike rentals nearby allow you to explore the extensive bike paths around our beautiful island. We have permanently moved to Hilton Head and the Lowcountry from Atlanta. We've been vacationing on Hilton Head for many years and love everything the island offers. Our Seaside Villas complex is conveniently located near everything. Inside the gates, it has a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, yet it provides easy access to the beach, making it a perfect spot for a quick getaway. We live in Bluffton, and are close by if needed.

Seaside Villas is a charming gated oceanfront community right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views from our private balcony. When you arrive, head to gate B in the middle of South Forest Beach—our building, Seaside I, is on the left. If you prefer, you can also use gate A to park in the back. This peaceful community features an elevator near the pool. You can unload your belongings at the convenient loading area by the elevator, which takes you to our second-floor villa through two sets of double doors on the left. Luggage carts are available for your convenience. Please note, the loading zone is temporary—after unloading, you'll need to move your vehicle to a parking spot. We offer complimentary drive-under parking garages on a first-come, first-served basis—please be mindful not to block anyone in. There's a laundry facility just down the hall from our villa on every floor; it's coin-operated, very affordable, and has a dollar changer for your convenience. You'll find plenty of bike rental shops, shops, and restaurants within walking distance at Coligny Plaza. Whether you prefer to walk, rent bikes, or just relax and enjoy the comforts of home, everything is close by for a delightful stay.
