My desire is to make my homes affordable to guests who are visiting our great city. I have been managing homes for over 20 years here in The Nation's Capitol City and therefore I am well versed on the many sites to see and things to do from this home. This large duplex home is conveniently located in Columbia Heights. The Columbia Heights Metro Train is a short walk from the home and you may visit numerous places of interest via the Metro Lines. For example, The White House, The Smithsonian Museums, The African American Museum, The Washington Monument, The American Indian Museum, The Philips Collection, Arlington National Cemetery, The 9/11 Pentagon Memorial and numerous other important and interesting destination. Also, only 1 block away is the Giant Supermarket, a Pharmacy, Target, Marshalls, Best Buy, Starbucks, sidewalk cafes and restaurants, both local and chain. Some of the Chain Restaurants are: Panera Bread, Panda Express, and other stores.

Large apartment duplex home with two large full bathrooms! Walking distance to two metro stations: Columbia Heights and Petworth. There are 2 large supermarkets, pharmacy, and loads of restaurants, bars and sidewalk cafes, both local and chain; all within walking distance. The home is approximately 2 miles north of the center of the city.

Neighbourhood information

Walking distance to METRO, bike rentals, Supermarkets, Town Square on weekends with local farmers selling fresh food and items. Ruby Tuesday, Starbucks, Five Guys, Panera Bread, Panda Express, and local restaurants all just steps from this home!
