This rental is perfect for families and friends. No large groups or parties including Prom parties/Senior weeks. Must be 27+ years old and up to rent. When inquiring about renting, please provide some details about yourself and the guests. **New township ordinances strictly prohibit rentals for Prom, high school events, or any kid-related rentals, including those made by parents on behalf of their children. There are NO exceptions** STRP # two four five one 9 beach badges are included with the rental and additional ones can be purchased at the beach. Children 11 and under are free to access the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, buggy, umbrellas, and cooler available. All beach gear and badges borrowed from the house must be returned or value will be taken out of as a damage charge. Pillows, comforters, sheets and bath towels are provided. (Bath towels are not to be used at the beach. Please use the provided beach towels) **No smoking allowed inside the house, if you smoke outside please be courteous and respectful by discarding cigarettes appropriately. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the Damage deposit.** ***Pets allowed with additional fee per pet prior to check in (Max 2 pets). Sorry. *** For guest safety, this house is equipped with three security cameras: a video doorbell located next to the front door, a floodlight camera above the garage door, and another above the backyard patio, all which have the ability to record video and audio.
