You'll have access to community amenities, including shared tennis courts, pool, and sauna. This home is located in the Payette National Forest in McCall, ID near great summer and winter recreation. From water sports on Payette Lake to winter skiing on Brundage Mountain nearby, there's lots to choose from. Guests have access to the Spring Mountain Ranch Club House a few blocks away with plenty of convenient community amenities. A gravel path leads up to the front door of this two-story condo. With a comfortable, rustic feel, a spacious interior, and a large deck, it's the perfect spot for a memorable getaway. Gather and relax in front of the flatscreen TV with DVD player and Netflix streaming capabilities (please provide your own account). There's also complimentary WiFi so you can hop on your laptop to check the weather or post some photos. The living room flows right into the dining space, where there's a round table with four seats. There are also four additional bar stools at the counter. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials, plus a dishwasher for effortless clean-up. Next to the dining area, a sliding glass door goes out to the huge deck area for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Breathe in the fresh air or enjoy an evening cocktail outside. A private washer/dryer in this home means laundry is no problem, plus there's a furnace for staying nice and cozy in the winter. This home will accommodate up to eight guests, thanks to two bedrooms and a loft area. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, and boasts a queen-size bed and a full en suite bathroom. The loft area upstairs features a comfy futon bed for additional guests. On the main level downstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the living room features a pull-out sofabed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
