This 2br cottage is located on the Wells/Ogunquit line close to Moodys Beach, Drakes Island, Wells Beach, Crescent Beach and more! Guests have a Pool, Jacuzzi, Game Room, Tennis court, & Fitness center on site! Friday MAY 25th Pool Season is Open! Pool Closes Oct 15. Downtown Ogunquit is a short drive and offers a wonderful walking experience with many unique shops. Kennebunkport is also a must see area to explore while on your stay here. So whether you spend your time at the beach or out walking to explore the area, this cottage offers a perfectly centralized location for your stay. Shortly after your booking, you will be registered for your stay, all that is needed are the guests names and the vehicle plate(s) being used to park in front of the cottage. I will then be provide you a unique a six digit numerical code that opens the security gate during the entire length of your stay. Once you get through the gate, my cottage is just up the hill, first right past the pool into Ocean Mist Village Unit 121. I’ll then give you the lock box code for the key. Towels and Linens are provided but guests are encouraged to bring their own. Beach Dreams Condo Association has amenities for guests to use during their stay (pool, fitness center, game room, tennis courts). This is accessed via a key pass card provided upon check in. NOTE: Rules and Regulations for guests are to be followed strictly or be subject to a fine or removal of property. These policies are provided upon check-in. Read Below About the neighborhood below. Guests may use everything in the cottage, however, if soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, or conditioner runs out, it is up to the guest to replace. Guests may use all items in the kitchen but are expected to returned cleaned if used, that means no dirty dishes or silverware left in the sink after use. Also, towels will be provided but expected to be washed after use prior to check out and returned in the manner in which they were found.

-*No Smoking* at all on the premises. Beach Dreams is a “smoke free” property. You cannot smoke inside the home or outside in the yard, or at any community area. You must physically leave the property to smoke and then re-enter. Renter's we be subject to any fine's incurred at the cottage if found to be smoking. -*No Pets* allowed for guests (Only Owners that live here can bring their personal pets.) A fee will be imposed for those guests here that bring their pet.) Renter's we be subject to any fine's incurred at the cottage if found to be in possession of a pet. This is a private cottage within a Condo Resort community of cottages that is accessible only with a security gate code. You will have an Access Card to use the Amenities such as the fitness center, the outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and the tennis courts. Guests will be required to read the rules and regulations upon check-in (hung up in the cottage). - 6 total guests is the Maximum allowed at the cottage (inside or outside) at any time. (Sleeps 6 comfortably) -2 car maximum can park at my cottage - 10pm is “quiet hours” so no playing loud music or loud television during this time until 8am. -There is NO glass allowed in the pool area. - Please follow the speed limit throughout the property of *10 MPH* Any Speeding fines will be paid for by the renter. -Children under 14 need someone 18 or older to supervisor the arcade, pool, gym, etc. There are both free and metered parking lots to park for the beach or for the shops downtown.
