EagleRidge Townhomes 1536 is a spacious townhouse that offers wonderful walking access to the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, as well as a dining space with a large table where you can gather and discuss the day's activities. The living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, large windows, a 75” flatscreen Smart TV with soundbar to watch in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and doors that open to a private deck with a gas grill. For entertainment, you'll have your choice of six flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and shared EagleRidge amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle. Additional at-home amenities include a private washer/dryer and a two-car garage for your convenience. Upstairs, the main bedroom features a 60” flatscreen Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have flatscreen TVs and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
