This spacious luxury townhome is the perfect vacation rental for families with its multi-level layout located just blocks from the Mountain Lodge base area and lifts. It has been professionally furnished and designed in true mountain fashion with cathedral ceilings and a gas log stone fireplace with views of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Relax in front of the warm fireplace while taking in the stunning mountain views through the nine-foot windows of the finely-furnished living room or from your private balcony boasting a gas grill and chairs. The living room has a flatscreen TV and a DVD player, a mini sound system with a CD player, and complimentary WiFi and internet throughout the suite. On the first floor, the home has an entry foyer with a bench for putting on and taking off ski and winter boots. On the left, you'll find a shelf cabinet perfect for hanging helmets, hats, gloves, and scarves, and on the right, a coat closet has space to put away all your winter gear as you reenter the home. Further down the hall, there is a half bath as well. The home has a fully-equipped and spacious open-style kitchen with major appliances that include a large fridge, a gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, and more. The dining area seats six comfortably and a breakfast bar provides four more additional seats. The expansive living and dining areas will give your group plenty of room to eat, relax, and have some fun indoors. The lower level has the main bedroom with lots of natural light from the large windows with mountain views, a king-size bed, a TV, a DVD player, and a large closet. The en-suite spacious bathroom has heated floors and stone counters, a jetted tub, and a separate shower with special massage jets and a stone bench. This bedroom has an exterior door leading to a small yard with a patio.
