Fairview is a beautiful home located on a very quiet street in South Manzanita. The beach is a quick half-block walk and Manzanita Links is a short walk in the opposite direction. You can also take a leisurely half-mile walk to downtown Manzanita where you can explore the quaint shops or eat delicious treats at any of the local restaurants. Entering Fairview on the ground level, you will find one of the three bedrooms with a spacious bed and a cozy wood stove. There is also a spacious full bathroom and laundry room. In the garage, you will find a Ping-Pong table, so make sure you bring your competitive family or friends with you to have a Ping-Pong battle. Walk up the stairs to the beautiful living area. Cozy up on the couch or love seat while you enjoy your morning coffee or watch the fire crackle in the fireplace. Morning coffee or family meals are best outside on the huge wrap-around deck where you can enjoy the ocean and mountain views. The full kitchen has views into the dining room which seats six. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level. Come relax and have fun in this splendid home that is also dog-friendly! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
