Or retreat to the second-floor balcony with dazzling beachfront views. The primary suite also features a large circular window with gorgeous ocean views. There’s plenty of space to socialize in this inviting home. The main living room boasts breathtaking ocean vistas, a flat-screen TV, and lots of cozy seating. On cooler evenings, enjoy a warm beverage and gather around the fireplace. Downstairs, a family room provides a great spot to watch a movie or play board games. There’s even a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and mini-fridge. The expansive sunny kitchen provides everything you’ll need for tasty home-cooked meals, including a double sink, dishwasher, several options for making coffee, and massive amounts of counter space for meal preparation. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Firewood is not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
