This charming home, nestled under live oaks and palmetto trees, is a wonderful site for creating new memories and continuing vacation traditions alike. The private pool (which measures 13 feet by 26 feet, and three feet to 5.6 feet deep) is sure to be the centerpiece for lounging and playing. Spend hours relaxing on the screened porch overlooking a small lagoon or take advantage of the ground-level patio that features yard games, a hammock, and a grill for the master chef. The fabulous floor plan offers three bedrooms on the main level. There's also a bonus bedroom on the ground level with direct access to the screened patio, where you can enjoy a game of Ping-Pong. Tasteful decor extends throughout and will have you enjoying your time indoors just as much as the outdoors. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a layout that opens up to the dining/living area, so you can laugh about your day at the beach as the chef in your group prepares a Lowcountry feast. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 152 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
