While the home might feel like a secluded piece of paradise, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is only a short drive from shopping and restaurants in Surf City. The view from all four covered decks on the second and third floors over look the tree tops and pans to ocean. You can watch the sun rise over the water while drinking your coffee from the adirondack chairs or enjoy dinner with a view from the outdoor dining table. The newly constructed home has a modern coastal interior is luxe, but relaxing. The spacious and well equipped kitchen has everything that you might need to cook and entertain your family and friends, with seating at the island, dining table and outdoor table. A private beach access for White Hills Lane residents/guests is located right across the street. This home offers an elevator that reaches all floors. Bed sizes are 1 king, 2 queens, 1 double and 1 twin. Accommodates up to 9 People. Bed & bath linens are provided! *Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property. For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival. Maximum of 4 vehicles. Less than a couple of minutes away you will find grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, surfing lessons, Shipwreck Mini Golf, Sea Turtle Rescue & Hospital and shopping. You will be located between historic Wilmington and Camp LeJeune/Jacksonville NC. Sorry NO pets allowed.
