Join us as you escape the everyday relaxing on your balcony overlooking the Dungeness Spit or the Olympic Mountains. Our Inn sits on approximately 3 acres just above Cline Spit looking out to the San Juan Islands and Victoria B.C. After a day of adventuring in the Olympic National Park or on the Straight of Juan de Fuca, relax in one of the sitting areas where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you watch the ships pass by, or, maybe, just maybe you'll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a passing Orca or the fluke of a mighty humpback whale. Tour the working greenhouse and see where we grow many of our ingredients for your multi-course breakfasts each morning. Spend some time meeting new friends in our library/wine cellar before you retire to your comfy, private room. And, no matter how you choose to spend your time here, you'll be refreshed, recharged and ready to continue exploring the Olympic Peninsula.

We are located in a unique agriculturally rich area formerly known by several names, New Dungeness, Old Dungeness and Old Town just west of the Dungeness River. At the turn of the century (1900) the county courthouse, jail and blacksmith shop sat on the southeast corner of the property. Fisherman's shacks dotted the north side of the property just above Cline Spit. which was named after the Cline-Bigelow family who donated the land for the the county center at the time. Although the county buildings didn't stay long, the marine environment, farming culture, wildlife, protected bay and rain-shadow continue to create and attract a diverse mix of flora, produce, wildlife and people from all corners of the globe. We stare in awe everyday as we watch a marine-influenced lifestyle on our north side, and then we turn around and witness the inspiring and inviting Olympic Mountains just minutes to the south. Where else can you sit on your deck in summer and watch the sun rise as you sip your morning coffee....and then sit in the same chair at the end of the day and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
