Pets: Pets are not allowed in this property. An additional fee of USD25 per extra adult applies. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Notes Please clean up the barbecue grill and area before departing. Blinds & Windows: Please make sure all windows are locked before departure. Please place all trash in the cans provided. If checking out on a Sunday or Wednesday, please take cans to the end of the driveway, opposite side of the mailbox. In the summer months, please set the thermostat to 75° when departing. In the winter months, please set the thermostat to 70° when departing. Upon checkout, please leave the beds unmade, put the trash in the trash cans, load the dishwasher, and start it (if applicable). Check for any left belongings, leave the towels in the laundry room, turn off the lights/appliances. We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in.
