THINGS TO KNOW Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours. Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.
