The well-equipped kitchen is detailed with a side-by-side refrigerator and a two-seat bar. Catch a glimpse of the mountains from your balcony as you barbecue on the gas grill, and serve home-cooked meals at the six-seat dining table inside. The bedrooms - all with TVs - include a tastefully furnished primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom offering a tub/shower combination and a double vanity. Complimentary WiFi, cable service, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well. You'll be a few minutes' drive from Zephyr Cove Resort, where you can arrange boat cruises, rent powerboats, or simply lounge on a mile-long beach. Cruise over to the Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges at Heavenly Ski Resort and enjoy quick access to hiking and biking on the Tahoe Rim Trail that borders the lake.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
