The open living and dining area is perfect for entertaining and gathering on the comfy furniture. You'll also have a lovely backyard and a private deck off of the kitchen, where you can share home-cooked meals under the stars! This charming home sits one mile north of Kennebunk Beach, and just over a mile's stroll or bike ride from Mother's Beach (to the southeast) and Parsons Beach (to the southwest). You'll be a stone's throw from the Bridle Path, one mile north of the Webhannet Golf Club, and two miles west of plentiful art galleries, antique shops, seafood shacks, and riverfront restaurants in Dock Square in downtown Kennebunkport. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The full kitchen does not include a dishwasher. Streaming is available with guest credentials.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
