Over 50 restaurants, cafés, shops, farmers’ markets, & tour boats are all within 3–10 minutes on foot. No car needed unless you want to explore the island! Prime Kona Location on Ali'i Drive: Walk to Everything! This is a 5 Star location! Discover your tropical retreat at the vintage, plantation-style Kona Islander Inn in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. This ground-floor, Hawaiian-themed studio places you steps from dining, shopping, and tours. A sandy beach for viewing marine life and sunsets is right across the street. The complex offers a pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and on-site laundry. Your condo is located in the Molokai building and features a Queen bed (12 inch Medium-Firm, Memory Foam Mattress), a futon sofa bed, strong AC, unlimited high-speed WiFi, a private patio, and a compact kitchenette. Please note: There is a shared sink for both the kitchen and bath. Official Check-In Time: 4:00 pm Official Check-Out Time: 11:00 am Early Check-In (1:00 pm – 4:00 pm) or Late Check-Out (11:00 am – 2:00 pm): Subject to availability with an additional fee — just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best! Parking at Kona Islander Inn is limited and first-come, first-served (free with permit). After 3–4 pm, on-site spots often fill up but parking along Kuakini Hwy is perfectly safe, free, and common in downtown Kona.
