Immediately on arrival to this hilltop perched cottage, presented by StayBettr Vacation Rentals, you will experience breathtaking views of Kenoza Lake. Massive windows throughout the living area will make you feel connected to nature--even from indoors. Modern luxuries abound in the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom suite. On cold Catskills winter nights, the fireplace will be a center of conversation and games for your group. Outdoors you'll find a highly perched deck, with a hot tub and shaded dining area to enjoy the mountain breezes, sunsets, and stars here in the Catskills. The back deck includes a gas grill and table seating for 4. There is also a fire ring in the backyard. Detailed Information on Spaces (See Floorplans in Photos): Main Level: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed with 2 Full Beds and 1 Twin Trundle Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with soaker tub shower. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property.

Neighbourhood information

The Neighborhood: Kenoza Lake is conveniently located in the center of Sullivan County between the stylish hamlets of Jeffersonville, Narrowsburg, and Callicoon. You'll feel removed from the city, but within 10 minutes of groceries. The home is just minutes from Bethel Woods Center for the Art--the site of Woodstock 1969. You can even enjoy dining and yoga across the street at Kenoza Hall. Hiking, boating, and winter sports are all nearby on the variety of trails and lakes. Getting Around: We recommend having car for your stay. Taxis are available, but ride sharing services are more sparse. Rental car services are available in Monticello. Shortline provides service between the city and Monticello as well. The Middletown and Port Jervis Metro North Stations are approximately 50 minutes drive from the house. The trip from NY Penn Station to Middletown is about 2 hours. Train access is great if you have members of your group who need to arrive/depart at different times.
