Large 2-family house in the heart of downtown Southington. There is off-street parking with enough space to fit 2 cars. The house is located directly off the main street of Southington (Center St) and less than a 1-minute walk to multiple restaurants/bars/shops.
Born and raised in Southington. I work as a software engineer and spend half of the year in South America (to avoid the cold).
