Little House is an adorable historic cottage located less than one block to the beach at the South end of Tybee Island. Initially built in 1940, this home is quaint and cozy, conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the main pier, and the back river pier. Enjoy all of the South End of Tybee activities, all within a block or two from your Little House. Little House has a front-covered deck complete with an outdoor dining set and gas grill. The front porch is a great gathering space after a fun-filled day at the beach. The home's interior offers an open floor plan living area with a sleeper sofa and a 43inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen has all you need for quick vacation meals to be enjoyed at the dining table for 6. The two bedrooms share a bathroom. The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a flat-screen TV, and the second bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower and a small sink and vanity. This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee. Please note: This home does not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer. However, there is a laundry mat located two miles away. EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid. The amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property. It has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a complete list of terms and policies. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property stay dates and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings. PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property.
