Less than half a mile away, you'll find a handful of restaurants to try, while the Beach Plum Lobster Farm, located just around the corner, offers fresh lobsters that can be prepared right in the home! Footbridge Beach is also less than a half mile away so you'll be super close to the ocean during your stay! Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is partly heated via oil heat. There are two retreats on this property: The main house and the remodeled garage/cottage. This home is the main house. Both rentals share the driveway.
