Vacation Hospitality is a boutique marketing company that specializes hosting only very unique and luxury-oriented properties. We’ve been around in one form or another since 2005 but have established this company in 2019 and host vacationing guests in five states and, coming in 2025, we’ll have six properties on the island of Paros, Greece. The company is family owned by Brian Pilcher who owns most of the properties we market for and run by Johnny Walker.

Our condo at Maui Banyan, unit T106, was specifically purchased by us because we loved its location in the heart of one of the cutest small cities in Hawaii and was located across the road from two of the best beaches in Maui. Kam II and Kam III are such perfect beaches because they are very long and so they never get crowded and they cater to every type of beachgoer. If you like waves and want to boogey board, there are good and exciting (yet not dangerous) waves on Kam III. Yet on that same beach you’ve got protection where little ones can just wade into the crystal warm water without concerns. Kam II has amazing snorkeling and calm swimming and we’ve personally seen cuttlefish there and of course turtles. T106 we just remodeled and we love the location in the back for its seclusion and privacy. It’s not on the beach and it doesn’t have views of the ocean but neither do you get any road noise or foot traffic because we’ll surrounded by acres of tropical rainforest. As for Kihei, you don’t need to drive to get anywhere you want…there are great bars and restaurants and sushi right out of your front door and we have a great book of suggestions there in the unit.
