You'll be able to walk to the beach at Barrett Park, the footbridge, and the very heart of downtown Boothbay Harbor from this polished, dog-friendly home. Whether you choose to spend your days kayaking, whale-watching, or hiking, you'll find that you're just where you want to be. This family home is spread out across two levels, with hardwood floors and free WiFi throughout. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a billiard room to the left and a living room to the right, where you can pile on the leather sofas, watch Netflix on TV, and play board games well into the evening. The light-filled, well-equipped kitchen is just beyond, offering stainless steel appliances, an eat-in dining table, and sliding doors that lead outside to the new composite deck, firepit, and gas grill. After a barbecue dinner and a walk around the neighborhood with your dogs, you can come home to toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer. There's one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs - including a special room for the kids with chalkboards on the wall. Additional perks include ample parking. Things to Know Please note that dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after; there are foxes in the area. Dogs are not allowed to sleep on beds, but a dog bed is provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
