Nestled 8 min between the beach and downtown our studio cottage is the perfect homebase. The property is located directly across from the St. Augustine amphitheater which hosts our local Saturday Farmer's Market and many prominent bands.
While the cottage is private and secluded, the driveway/portion of the backyard is shared with the main house. We have space for 1 car in the driveway, and 1 additional car on the street in front of the main house (no parking in front of the neighboring homes)
