Maui Kai 1001 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom corner condo on the 10th floor with central air conditioning that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Island charm and classical Maui decor adorn this west-facing condo making it a wonderful location. Unit 1001 boasts an enclosed lanai for an expanded interior space, custom wall-to-wall sliding glass windows, and views of the Pacific and neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. Central air conditioning allows the best comfort after a long day in the sun. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating and a dining table for versatility. Enjoy views of the West Maui Mountains from the bedroom featuring a king-size bed. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom is freshly designed with modern touches and a walk-in shower.

Maui Kai resort is located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from street noise and cloistered among a collection of boutique resorts. The tree-lined drive is also a pleasant walking path up to convenient dining and grocery options, bars, and food trucks. If your ideal vacation does not include driving, this location is perfect for a low-key, home-based experience. Maui Kai is an oceanfront resort located at North Kaanapali Beach with a view of the majestic islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is a perfect sandy beach, great for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing directly in front of the resort. Right next door to Honokowai Beach Park, Maui Kai is also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the famous Kaanapali boardwalk that connects to Black Rock Beach and Whalers Village. The resort features a heated pool and hot tub, gas BBQ area, and poolside cabana with kitchen and laundry facilities on site. There are no additional resort or parking fees.  Standard Cancellation Policy: If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation. If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation. For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
