As part of the lush Maui Vista community, you’ll enjoy access to three all-season pools, six tennis courts, and a barbecue area. Your convenient South Kihei location also keeps you within walking distance of an array of local shops and eateries. LIVING AREA Vaulted ceilings soar in the sunlit living area, detailed with a comfy sleeper sofa and a 32” flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delicious dishes in the full kitchen, configured with helpful gadgets and ample cookware. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for two, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the dining table for four. BED & BATH This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Comfort awaits in the peaceful master bedroom, furnished with a king bed. The master bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. Open to the living room below, the lofted guest bedroom is configured with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Dine alfresco on your private ocean-view balcony! The beautifully landscaped Maui Vista community offers six tennis courts and three unheated pools. Host a cookout at the barbecue area, equipped with two gas grills and a picnic table. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are included. Unassigned parking is provided for one car in the open community lot. Street parking is not available. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the other unit managed by Vacasa in this complex for additional space. This condo is located on the 4th floor. Elevators are available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
