Open again for Spring 2025! Relax, unwind, or work in our comfortable, centrally located lower level apartment. Enter the space through a designated side entrance from the outside. Enjoy a full kitchen, bedroom, sleeper sofa for one, and bathroom. Access WiFi and live television on site. Walk 8 to 10 minutes (or drive 1 to 2 minutes) to bustling downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Take a short 25 to 30-minute metro ride or drive to D.C. Our home is across the street from a track and a walking trail.
I enjoy hosting and serving others. I am passionate about customer service and will ensure that you and your family enjoy your time in my guest 1-bedroom apartment.
Tree-lined residential community across the street from a track and near Sligo Creek Park -- which includes picnic areas, a golf course, and tennis and basketball courts. Parking is ample. Can take local buses (Ride-On 12 or 15) two stops to downtown Silver Spring. You can also walk 8 to 10 minutes (.04 mile) to downtown Silver Spring. Downtown Silver Spring, recognized as Fortune's #1 Best Place for Families and among WalletHub's Top 5 Most Diverse Cities, boasts a vibrant Arts & Entertainment District with over 100 cultural institutions, including the AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center, and offers a diverse culinary scene with globally inspired dining options. ​ We are located within minutes of NW Washington, D.C. and only 30 minutes (via local street) from downtown D.C. and all major monuments and museums.
