This is a nice spot to enjoy the sun and water activities. PARKING: Cars must be parked in places designated. Only one vehicle per apartment may be parked on the premises at one time. Owners’, renters’, and guests’ cars may be parked on premises only during periods of occupancy and must have a parking permit displayed. Parking permits available at the front desk.
