The home's outdoor spaces are perfect for unwinding after a day of fun, including a grassy lawn that backs up to the trees. Kick back on the west-facing, wraparound deck with your favorite beverage, taking in beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets. Or, bring your afternoon picnics and alfresco dinners out to the picnic table in the yard. The inviting living space is lined with windows on the upper of the two floors. There's a kitchen with every essential appliance, a dining room table for family meals, and a large sofa where you can lounge about and watch movies by the fireplace each evening. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
