This newly-renovated, 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath home is in a great location in North Shore Lake Tahoe, at the heart of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and offers unique country charm that will surely be a highlight of your stay. The property is located near Brockway Golf Course, a short ride to the gorgeous lake, and features a large wrap-around deck with a private hot tub. The new STR ordinance for Placer County states that quiet time hours are from 9PM to 7AM. We ask that guests observe this rule while enjoying the hot tub during these hours.
