With only three rooms on property, guests enjoy privacy and individual service. Two suites in the main house offer spacious and intentionally designed rooms with local art and woodwork, workspaces with plenty of charging points, coffee makers, small refrigerators and individual temperature control. The Studio is a self-contained suite separate from the main house providing the utmost privacy with additional the amenities of an laundry room and full kitchen. Guests in the Studio also enjoy a deck with a gas grill and firepit just off the kitchen, and a covered patio for relaxing outside. Less than a mile walk to the center of town, the Oak Street Inn is well-placed for a car free stay. Avid cyclists can reach Pisgah National Forest by bike or it's a short drive to waterfalls and hikes with views. Dupont State Forest and Gorges State Park are a 20 minute drive away offering more breathtaking waterfalls and fun mountain biking trails. A bit further afield, the Biltmore House in Asheville is about a 45 minute drive from Brevard. The Asheville airport is less than 30 minutes from us.

Daniel and Tracie have owned and operated a bed and breakfast in Brevard since 2007 along with a handful of vacation rentals. We are onsite preparing rooms and serving breakfast for guests. Daniel is an avid mountain biker, and Tracie is knowledgeable about hiking trails and art galleries in town. Both can help guests enjoy their time in Brevard to the fullest by helping choose activities from just the right trail to the best restaurant for dinner.

The Oak Street Inn is tucked off a residential street less than a mile from the center of town. It's a pleasant walk into town from Oak Street as well as Brevard College campus and Franklin Park. It's a quiet spot and we often see white squirrels, deer and even a fox sometimes in the yard.
