Everything you do at this contemporary, light-filled home just outside Newport, you'll do within sight of crashing ocean waves and the broad sandy beach. This oceanfront home even has its own trail and staircase leading down to the sand, allowing you to spend your vacation boogie boarding, beachcombing, and whale watching with ease. Come up from the beach each afternoon to be greeted by a spacious deck overlooking the ocean, where you can settle in for a soak in the private hot tub or sit down with a cold drink and a view of the water. Step inside to find an airy and open great room with lofty, natural wood ceilings and large picture windows that frame the beach. Toss your swimsuits in the private washer/dryer, warm up by the gas fireplace as you kick back on the soft leather sofas, and find a movie on cable or Netflix to watch on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Come dinnertime, you'll have a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and such helpful bonus tools as a slow cooker, a rice cooker, and an espresso maker. The spacious island breakfast bar, which opens to the living room, provides ample seating for both prepping and dining, with additional space available around the four-person dining room table.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
