New 1 Bedroom beach house studio on bluff overlooking all of San Clemente & Dana Point. Unbelievable panoramic ocean and city lights views from pool area. Quiet neighborhood and professionally decorated. Pre-Civil War barn wood beam accents, vaulted ceiling and independent AC. Relax and recharge with a brand new queen bed, luxurious couch that converts flat (bed) and a new leather reclining chair. Sit poolside taking in spectacular sunsets. (see "pool area details")
Loves God & Family first. Competitive beach Volleyball and pickleball player. The owners names are Jeff and Cheryl and they reside in the main house. You can reach out to Jeff at any time if you need anything or have questions about the area. Besides pickleball and beach volleyball, hunting for amazing restaurants is one of Jeff's favorite sports. If you have any questions about local activities or restaurants reach out. Jeff and Cheryl love entertaining and meeting new people. But more importantly, they realize that some guests prefer to have little to no overlap allowing them the privacy to enjoy peaceful solitude.
Extremely quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Located within walking distance, just above the downtown area. The house "is" in walking distance to the downtown area but the hill coming back should be considered. E-bikes, a golf cart or car works great for getting around or heading to the beach. There's so many amazing beaches and surf breaks that just walking typically doesn't cut it. There's typically 1 parking spot directly in front of the apartment with plenty of parking across the street.
