Relax in the Adirondack chairs until you're ready for breakfast and a short walk to the water. After a fun-filled day of beachcombing, return home and fix a family meal in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances for efficiency. Then, dine at the table for four beneath a dazzling farmhouse globe chandelier. Top off your evening by relaxing on the comfortable furnishings in the living area with an expansive view of crystal blue waters. Turn on the electric fireplace for some ambiance, and once the stars come out, search the sky for constellations using the provided telescope. The bedrooms are isolated on the other side of the home for maximum quiet when you're ready for sleep. Westport by the Sea amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, marina, basketball court, putting green, seasonal gas grill, playground, beach access, and outdoor dining area. Things to Know The outside of the condo buildings are currently under construction. Estimated completion in in 2026. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming is available using your own accounts. The pool is seasonal and subject to availability. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
