Our Happy Place is conveniently located ocean side,
top floor with an elevator and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops,
groceries, and a water slide. Be on the beach in 2 minutes after leaving your condo
door.
Large sliding glass doors open from the living room and master bedroom onto 2
spacious private decks with incredible ocean views to watch the waves roll in.
This is a gated property with a nice pool, tennis court, basketball court, and putting
green for your enjoyment. A beach side gazabo makes the perfect place to enjoy a
sunrise, escape the sun, or relax at the end of the day.
Our Happy Place is well furnished, offers a nice well equipped kitchen, and is very
comfortable. Per HOA rules, no pets allowed so please make other arrangements for
your best friend.
