Leadbetter Point State Park is to the north while Cape Disappointment, Long Beach, and Ilwaco are south, with scenic stretches of ocean coast along the way. After a day spent beachcombing or golfing, you'll be greeted back at home by a grassy yard, a covered patio with a gas grill, and an outdoor firepit where you can gather for tales of the day's adventures. The interior is open and sunny, beginning with a living room that features a gas fireplace and a cable TV with streaming capability.
