Park Lane New York is a 100% nonsmoking hotel and any violation will be subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee. If found in violation during a guest stay, Park Lane New York reserves the right to ask a guest to depart the hotel room without refund. Park Lane New York reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms after 24 hours of refusal of service to ensure the well-being of the guest and the condition of the room.
Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account in 72 hours or more per your bank business rules.
