Warm and bright in the winter and cool and airy come summer, this two-bedroom condo is a wonderful place to come home to while on vacation in Pagosa Springs. After a day spent hiking, skiing, or golfing, you can leave your gear in the welcoming entryway and immediately feel relaxed and at ease. Watch your favorite shows and movies on the large smart 4K HDTV in the living room or the other HDTV in the primary bedroom (with Dish and WiFi included). Additional amenities include a gas fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors with radiant heating, and bedrooms with large windows that let in the natural light. This condo sits right around the corner from the rec center and fantastic walking and biking trails, and within walking distance of Pagosa Springs's public 27-hole golf course. You'll never have to worry about forgetting something at the grocery store, as City Market is just down the street. Begin each morning with coffee and a pastry from Higher Grounds a couple blocks away, and spend your evenings strolling to one of the nearby restaurants. Passes to the rec center (offering a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, racquetball courts, and more) can be purchased for a nominal fee.
