Winter or summer, a haven for outdoor activity awaits, as does your own private hot tub on the beck deck for relaxing, nightly soaks under the stars. You'll find this spacious, multi-story home on the eastern edge of Black Butte Ranch, a resort community beloved in Oregon and beyond. This is a quiet yet central location within the resort that gives you easy access to the many amenities, including two award-winning golf courses, a driving range, a putting course, indoor and outdoor pools, 14 outdoor tennis courts, 12 regulation pickleball courts, saunas, bike paths, and so much more. Yet you need not leave the house to have a memorable time, especially in the generous outdoor spaces. There's an elevated deck where you can barbecue and dine, another deck off the living room that's perfect for reading in the fresh pine air, and a partially covered patio complete with an outdoor bar, ample seating in both sun and shade, and the hot tub to slip into at night. Back inside, wood paneling and plentiful windows framing the woods give the house its warmth and character. After a day of activity, you can stream movies by the woodstove, play board games at the dining room table, and cook together in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are wonderfully separated for privacy, each on its own floor with its own bathroom. Bonus features include a Pack-N-Play, a mudroom/laundry room, and central air. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
